Candidates have today (April 9) been finalised for the Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner election this May.

The election will run alongside Warwickshire County Council elections, as well as Atherstone Town Council by-elections.

Including the incumbent commissioner Philip Seccombe, there will be four candidates for this position.

The election was due to take place in May 2020 but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Henry Lu, also of Stratford-on-Avon will represent Reform UK.

Philip Seccombe, Warwick, will once again represent the Conservative Party as he looks to retain his position.

Whilst head of policy and research for the National Youth Advocacy Service Ben Twomey (Rugby) will be the candidate for the Labour and Co-operative party.
