BIRCH COPPICE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE STAFF CELEBRATE ROYAL RECOGNITION FOR BATHROOM SUPPLIER'S INNOVATIVE WORK
ATHERSTONE and North Warwickshire employees at a leading UK bathroom supplier proud of developing new products with a "wow factor" are today celebrating royal recognition for the company's ground-breaking work.
Pioneering HiB has been honoured with a Queen's Awards for Enterprise in the innovation category.
HiB, with its national distribution centre at Birch Coppice Business Park in Dordon, is one of only 220 organisations to be acknowledged with the prestigious accolade, which highlights businesses that have outstanding industry achievements.
The company, with a 100-strong workforce and headquarters in New Southgate, London, has been identified for its excellence in innovation, which is central to its ongoing success.
Numerous product innovations include colour-changing technology, steam-free mirrors, LED lighting in mirrors and cabinets featuring Bluetooth and USB integration.
Its dedicated product development teams are continuously creating new and exciting product designs, which challenge traditional perceptions of bathroom mirrors and cabinets.
Attention to detail and developing new technologies which has positioned HiB at the forefront of bathroom innovation.
HiB managing director, Robert Ginsberg said: "This is an incredible achievement for HiB and is a fitting testament to the hard work, creativity and vision of all our employees across our 30-year history.

Now in its 54th year, the Queen's Awards for Enterprise are the most prestigious business accolades in the country, with winning companies able to use the esteemed emblem for the next five years.
The Queen selects the awards on the advice of the Prime Minister, who is assisted by an advisory committee, including representatives of the government, industry and commerce.
